Personalized Poetry

We also offer personalized poetry for your friends,

fur or feathered friends, and loved ones. Please

special type of gift. We will need to ask you

specific questions to make your poem personal.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

While we have no control over those who handle our shipments, we will make every effort to assure your package arrives in a timely and "intact" manner. However, please recognize that we cannot be responsbile for damage that occurs during shipment. Please let us know if this happens and we will work with you to attempt to resolve the issue.

We will personalize any greeting card or inspirational message at NO COST TO YOU!

To place your order;

1. Browse the site for products of interest

2. Make your selections

3. Submit the following in your correspondence;

a. Your Name, address, phone number, and email address

b. Your item #, quantity of each, total cost, questions, and/or special orders

c. If you would like, we will compute the S & H, and send you a return email with the total-just let us know this is what you would like to do. ( some times we surprise you with a special discount)

d. Currently we only accept personal checks with a valid driver’s license ID and phone number written on the check and/or money orders. We will be offering alternative payment plans very soon

4. We will respond with a return email, acknowledging your order, and addressing any questions or special orders you may have. We may even call you, with your permission, to further discuss personalizing.

5. We will begin processing your order when your payment is received (we will send you an address). If paying by check, we will send your order after it has cleared the bank.

6. VERY IMPORTANT! Your name, address, phone number, and any other information you share with us, WILL not be shared or distributed to any one outside our company. If you wish to remain on our mailing list, please state this in your correspondence. We believe in confidentiality!
