This has been put here for several reasons.

I get asked a lot of the same sort of questions.  The answers can usually be found at one of the sites mentioned on the next page

I also use this as a reference while working on-site so I don't have to remember the hoax information site URL's.  I had the anti-virus URL's memorized long time ago.  :-}

Disclaimer:  The advice on the next page is worth what you paid for it.  If you're lucky, it will be worth a lot more. What works for me may not necessarily be the best for you.
