Debit card fraud alert

| Nationwide there has been an increase in the fraudulent use of credit and debit cards in foreign countries. Several members have recently been victims of this fraudulent use -- specifically in Canada.
In an effort to protect our members against fraudulent use, we have put a restriction on our debit cards so that they cannot be used outside the United States. We hope this will limit our members' exposure to this type of fraudulent activity. If you will be travelling outside the United States, please let a member of the credit union staff know. They can unblock your card so that it will work while you travel. As always, please pay close attention to your statements to ensure that all transactions are legitimate. |
