This has become a family staple in recent years. Very easy to make, and
can feed dozens!
4 lbs. lean beef
1 large can tomato sauce
8 Tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
3 lbs. onions
Put meat in 4-quart pan and add 1 cup of water to loosen up meat.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add 3 lbs of chopped onions.
Cook over low heat for about 3 hours or until thick like coney sauce. If
the meat is lean, it will cook faster than fatty beef.
