4 c. flour
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. shortening
Crumble yeast in flour and blend in shortening, eggs, sour cream and butter. Blend with pastry cutter if you
have one; if not, mix well. Roll to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 2-inch squares. Put a filling in middle. Bring two
opposite ends together, like a blanket. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
